Sound proofing foam. 3 packs of 12 (12"×12") foam tiles. These tiles are vacuum packed. I open 1 pack, and it says it takes 48 hours to fully restore. It actually took about 7 days for them to fully restore on their own, so I would definitely use the recommended method of putting them in the dryer. They are about 1" tiles.
After they fully expand, tiles are about 12"×12"×1"
Each pack comes with a roll of adhesive.
