This item was made in 1988. This item comes with its original box and owner's manual. The box it comes in is definitely damaged however the robotic teddy bear cosmetically looksc great. This teddy bear requires six AA batteries. Now I did follow the directions and got the mouth to move but I did not hear any voices coming from the bear. I'm not sure if that's because I missed something in the directions or because the speakers no longer work. I'm keeping the price low on this because I do know that they're individuals out there that are good at fixing RadioShack robotics. So everything might work but I'm going to give it a condition of fair.
