Made of stoneware and features a brown glaze with a daisy & dot pattern. Two quart capacity. It has a lid and handles for easy carrying.
Suitable for cooking beans, casseroles, and other oven-baked dishes.
The bottom is stamped with "Marcrest Oven Proof Stoneware U.S.A." It is oven-proof up to 500°F but not for stovetop.
Collectible item, example of Mid-Century Modern kitchenware. The design is often described as Pennsylvania Dutch style.
