Directions:
First, spread your choice of nuts evenly in the bottom of the pan, pour your sugar mixture uniformly over them, and turn the crank handle to mix the nuts and sugar glaze together.
Then place the pan over medium heat and stir slowly and continuously until the glaze melts and crystallizes.
Remove the pan from the burner and spread the nuts on a baking tray to cool!
