Beautiful Mexican Talavera Pottery Lead Free covered butter dish. I marked it as used as I have had it for some years on a shelf with some collectibles. The item looks new with exception of some brown marks on bottom. I believe some of this was actually on this when purchased new. I posted a picture of the bottom side of dish. This area is not glazed and believe it was like that. Brought from Mexico some 20 years ago. Very pretty colorful piece.
