In my opinion this saw appears that it was barely used because the writing on the blade isn't worn off.
This saw does have some minor surface corrosion on the blade that was caused by the way it was stored by the previous owner. It was stored in a non-climate controlled outdoor shed. I didn't try removing the corrosion. I did apply a light coating of Gibb's brand lubricant corrosion inhibitor/lubricant to the blade.
