“Heirloom design”
Our model is dressed in this beautiful and detailed heirloom dress.
The outfit consists of the dress, hair band with bow, ribbon belt and slip.
The design of the dress is a drop waist. The bodice is pleated on the front and gathered on the back. A checkered ribbon and laces,(two insertion and two edge) adorn the front bodice right down the center. The neck is finished with an insertion and gathered lace.
The sleeves are a 3/4 length, gathered at the top and at the hem, which is also finished with insertion lace and gathered edge lace. The back closes with velcro.
The skirt is pleated and the hem is finished off with lace and ribbon in this order: insertion lace, ribbon, insertion lace and edge lace
The hair band is gathered with elastic, same fabric used as the dress and adorned with a fabric bow.
The slip’s fabric is batiste as the dress. The design is also a drop waist. French lace was applied to the neck opening, sleeve opening and hem.
