These are 60-70s vintage Mont Saint-Michel Moleskin pants.
They have an overall faded look, but there is no significant color fading. You might enjoy the process of seeing them fade further over time.
I don't have measuring tools at hand, but they fit me well and I usually wear 29-30 inch pants. There is elastic inside, so even if you are a bit larger, they should still fit to some extent. The elastic was likely added by a vintage store for alteration purposes.
