Jeannie Doll by NIADA Doll Artist Fawn Zeller is an estate find. Fawn was commissioned in 1963 by Kimpor Dolls to create a doll from Stephen Fosters Song Jeannie With The Light Brown Hair . Jeannie has light brown hair and blue painted eyes. She is made of porcelain with a cloth body. No chips or cracks. She is dressed in a lavender satin Skirt and fitted top as was the fashion for the times, trimmed with beige lace. She is wearing a white half slip trimmed with white lace and yellow ribbon and matching white pantaloons. Her shoes are made from the same mold as her leg and has a tiny yellow rose on the toe.
Measures 16 tall.
