Unsigned ~ Looks to be a Swiss Alps or snowy mountain scene ~ Dutch motif
Pitched roof cabin in right corner, surrounded by beautifully detailed pine trees and one small pine in the bottom right corner, Depicts boy in red-striped feathered hat and red trimmed vest and red stripe on pants, black shoes and holding a stick ~ Girl in red scarf and Dutch-like floral motif dress with criss-cross socks/stockings on her legs and red trim ~
Pointed mountains in the background with pine trees and snowy (?) landscape and a stream directly behind the couple
Hand-painted and hand carved ~ Textured ~ RICH WOOD FINISH
outer border of floral motif is GORGEOUS with a pattern of flower petals, leaves and scalloped scrolls all around edge.
Perfect condition ~ Wood has a very nice polished look and feel
I see no signature on front or back
Age and artist unknown, probably 20th century
Measures 8 1/4 tall x 10" wide
