Tons of ruffles!
Mud Pie toddler girl halter dress. My little one is super tall and over 100% on her growth chart. This fit her more like a tunic top. I just put a pair of black biker shorts under. Even black leggings would be cute with it, and a cropped faux black faux leather jacket.

Guc- The top ribbon tie looks to me like it's a bit faded unless they used charcoal grey color. I included up close pictures of it.
Otherwise excellent condition. If it's meant to be that way it's in like new condition.
Washed only in Dreft by hand and line dried.
