Vintage 1880's Victorian Trade Card
Hoyt's German Cologne Lowell Massachusetts

Hoyt's German Cologne was a popular men's toiletry created by Eli Waite Hoyt in Lowell, Massachusetts, around 1870.
The cologne was known for its light and fresh fragrance, a blend of roses, violets, cloves, and citrus.
Vintage trade cards like this one were used for advertising the product in the late 19th century.
The term "German" was removed from the product name after World War I due to changing sentiments.
