YESTERDAY, April 17,it was 70 degrees TODAY it is snowing and I thought of this painting) Jackie McFarland was active in the Denver art community beginning in the sixties.Besides being a practicing, producing artist, her career includes teaching, workshop facilitator, and juror.She is a charter and showing member of Foothills Art Center, Signature Member Colorado Watercolor Society. Her main output consists of watercolors, drawing and mixed media. Her daughter said in her 2023 obituary "Mom was the true definition of what it is meant to be artist- Creative, curious and accomplished. She loved Colorado and New Mexico and spent many happy hours recording this love in her art. She was a renowned artist, mentor and teacher who touched many lives throughout her 96 years." I purchased this in the 1970's and it is in pristine shape. 21" x 21" silver frame and triple matted
