1950s Murano art glass figure - Venetian lady in 18th century dress Italy
This glass figurine was produced in Murano Italy by
Marlo Badioli Glassworks in the 1950s. About 8.5 inches high, it’s formed from 3 color glass. Opaque glass, cased glass and translucent glass are combined in creating this figure，decorated with 24-carat gold inserts.
This represents a Louis XIV in costumes of the time. The style is Mid Century Modern. They are quite elaborate, with ruffles and frills. The bases and the details have the gold fleck glass.
They have been protected and preserved in original condition. They are a wonderful artistic expression in glass.
Condition: Excellent, without defects of any kind.
